 In addition to meeting the definition of a qualified "trainer," Elle is a senior trainer and human resource consultant. Since 2000, she has designed, developed, and delivered training seminars on topics including appropriate workplace behavior, diversity, sexual harassment prevention, discrimination in employment, workplace violence, liability prevention, internal investigations, performance management, and conflict management. She has trained over 1,000 supervisors on harassment, discrimination, and retaliation prevention.
